Who is Chippy?
Whiskers wished for a friend to celebrate Easter Day. As he loved COW Chips, Whiskers thought that a good friend that was kind, considerate of others, and a joy to be around would be a perfect companion. He went to sleep and dreamed of COW Chips and his friend. The next day Chippy arrived in a field of daffodils next to the barn to help Whiskers celebrate spring.
Chippy brings joy to everyone they meet, just like COW Chips!
