Shipping
Currently we ship to Canada and the United States with exceptions to some rural and remote areas.
Typically we ship an order within 1 - 3 business days. Keep in mind that if you place an order on Fridays we will not ship until Monday.
For shipping within Canada our rates are $15 and $20 for shipping to the US. If you choose Xpresspost it is $32 for Canada and $38 for the United States.
If you buy more than $99 CAD worth of product then shipping is free for both Canada and the US!
Please note that Raspberry Cordial is not included in the free shipping offer and has a specific shipping charge due to the weight and packaging required.
When your order is processed you’ll receive tracking information which will allow you to follow your order until it finds it's intended home! Depending on how your order is being shipped, your destination, and the method you choose at check out here is a rough estimate of shipping times:
Eastern Canada (including Ontario & Quebec): 4-6 days Xpresspost or 3-5 days Standard
Western Canada: 4-6 days Xpresspost or 10-14 days Expedited
United States : 4 – 6 days Xpresspost or 10-14 days Expedited
Don't forget! To guarantee we can deliver your goodies on time be sure to place all holiday orders shipping to the West Coast/USA before December 8th and to the East Coast/Atlantic Canada before December 15th, 2023 for a pre-Christmas arrival. 🎅
As our product is made with premium chocolate, melt is possible in transit. To prevent against melt, particularly during warm times of year or for destinations with warm climates, you can add cold packs to your order.

We strongly encourage you to track your package and pick it up as soon as possible to minimize the chance of melt. Especially when you order during summer months. Cold packs cannot 100% guarantee against melt but it's our best defense during the warm summer months and strongly encourage the purchase of them if you have any concerns.

While not available online, we do carry these products and they can be found in store. We offer Sugar-Free chocolate sweetened with Sorbitol and Maltitol, Vegan/Gluten-Free Chocolate Bars, and Vegan Candy. Any Sugar-Free, Vegan, or Gluten-Free products have the corresponding sticker! Our handmade products are created in Charlottetown, PEI. Our large factory is Located at 15 Milky Way, Charlottetown, PEI, C1E 2E2 and our smaller factory is located at 100 Queen St., Charlottetown, PEI, C1A 4B1.

Yes! Our Anne's Divine Delights is the perfect mix of our best selling chocolates. It includes a mix of 21 chocolates, one of which is an ANNE of Green Gables Milk Chocolate Emblem right in the center.
