COW Chips Milk Chocolate

Our order arrived by UPS this afternoon March 18, 2026. After a trip of over 5000 Km the box of 8 containers arrived pretty much unscathed and in great shape! We were thrilled until we opened it and found chocolate covered chips bits throughout the inside.

Our order was a total of 8 x 450-gram containers of Cow Chips. The box was packed with six containers packed horizontally, 3 high, and the remaining two containers stacked vertically at the end. Packing paper made up the space left at the top of the box but nothing holding the 2 vertical containers steady.

One of the vertically packed, 450-gram containers at the end of the shipping box somehow popped open – fortunately not all the way but enough to allow contents to spill out.
There were no marks, dents, or holes in the shipping box, so no immediate indication of the cause – I suppose it is possible that the container that opened wasn’t properly closed when it got packed but who knows.

Solution suggested to prevent unintended opening of containers sent to longer distance destinations might be to tape the corners of the containers as an added safeguard and double check on the cartons to make sure they are properly closed. We did find 2 other containers packed horizontally that had lifted corners but because they were stacked so they couldn’t move there were no issues.

We didn’t lose the entire container that did open and spill, but it was enough that we thought you might appreciate an update on how your product travelled.
As far as the Cow Chips themselves, they travelled quite well – not broken up or crushed at all. 10/10 for that part!
